I wonder if anyone can inform when the Cartes were introduced with the Chaplain stamp at 8.40 and 12.00.
I can find no reference to these rates in the literature available to me at present.
Any help will be much appreciated.

The 8f40 lettercard was issued to meet the Pneu rate of 1 Jan 1976 and issued in 1977. The 12f lettercard was issued to meet the Pneu rate of 8 June 1979 and issued in 1981. I cannot find more precise dates.
